History of Cerebral Palsy of Utah

With over 8 services statewide, reaching many people in a variety of ways. The goal was to maintain safety standards and quality services expand and increase the assistive technology network, lending library and equipment purchase. People were assisted in their own apartments as FFI expanded the residential programs. More services were offered to families.

2000-2003
After paying rent for inferior office space, FFI purchased a new administration building with mortgage payments substantially less than the previous rent paid. The end result being, great new office space and more money for our programs. Our new office also houses a day program developed this same year. FFI took over the management of our HUD group homes to save costs and provide better services.

On October 31st, 2001, FFI was presented with the prestigious Golden Key Award by the Governors Council.
