Our Programs

Foundations for Independence has been providing services for people with disabilities for over 20 years.  We are a private not for profit 501C 3 organization.  Our funding is primarily through state and federally matched contracts to provide service for eligible individuals.  Our programs not funded through the state, such as Family Ties, Information and Referral and Equipment Purchase are funded by grants and private donations from organizations and individuals in Utah.
